Interested in playing rugby?
1) Submit the form below to be added to our mailing list.
2) Print off the "Rugby Forms Packet" by clicking the link below.
3) Complete and sign the forms (parent and doctor signatures are required on some forms).
4) Bring the completed forms to your first training session. (You can come to training at any time however you
will not be able to fully participate until your forms have been submitted)
*Dues for the season are $75. Checks should be made payable to Valley Forge Rugby Club.
